AC Hotel by Marriott Charlotte City Center

Property had what I wanted - gym, walk in shower, white sheets and room was clean. I’m disappointed in the gym as there were no wipes to clean equipment, no water, no cups, no coffee, no towels so while the gym was nice i wouldn’t say it was clean because all of these items were put. Staff needs to attend to this is

The hotel is always clean and the staff is friendly. The rooms are great with excellent views of the city.

The location close to the Spectrum center was perfect and there are a ton of restaurants within easy walking distance. Also, the staff were wonderful! Valets, custodial, front desk (shoutout to Taylor especially, what a gem to have greeting and checking in guests) were all lovely.

The distance to the places I wanted to attend was nearby. I liked that the arena was across the street from the hotel. I'll be staying at this hotel again in the future to attend a game.

The hotel was very clean. We were greeted by courteous staff members as well. The room was comfortable too. I loved the individual ice bags out in the hall.
